CHARLENE ANESTIS, Certified Reiki Master, Life Coach

Charlene is committed to guiding those with chronic illness or disease to gather strength, find hope, and become resilient so they can pursue life regardless of body pain, lack of sleep and stress. Her experience working with many amazing clients guiding them to Stop Giving Up and Start Living Up has defined her mission and commitment to develop an easy plan that will have you living life fearlessly on your terms again, free from being run by your illness.

Her path to becoming a Master Energy Healer became clear when she overcame Depression and Anxiety. After entering into treatment with a therapist and medication she started to pursue holistic therapies that would support her after her treatment program ended. She developed her spiritual foundation and through exploration of finding balance with the Mind, Body, and Spirit discovered Life Coaching and Reiki. It was with the addition of these methods that her physical, mental and emotional healing skyrocketed. She learned to go beyond any physical or mental limitations and do the things that interested her most (Including learning to play ice hockey at age 43 despite two bad knees and plantar fasciitis). Life became fun again and she has never looked back. It became important for her to support others that were facing physical, mental, and emotional imbalance and help them see that healing is possible.

Charlene’s passion is connecting deeply with her clients and supporting them in knowing that when life gets tough, it’s time to pause, rebalance, and find their inner strength. Her long term study of the human thought process, deep spiritual background, and Hospice volunteer experience guides her to help you distill what truly matters to you. She was trained at the most prestigious and thorough Reiki Program in the North East as well as an ICF accredited coaching program. Her powerful healing sessions help you to jump start your life again and will provide you with deep relaxation, better sleep, and less pain and will complement any medical treatment you are already receiving. She teaches you to balance your own energy, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, more in control of your life with a better outlook on your situation.

Film Maker, Intuitive Creative Process Coach, Educator

The topic of Life is one of those subjective subjects because we each view it through our own lens and filter of experience. The truth is we are all here for a reason and have a purpose. We are unique, special, and provide the world with meaning. Through our interactions with one another, our choices, and reactions we form the realities in which we live.

Jenna started out her first twenty years of life in a chaotic home of domestic violence moving all over the United States. She credits her survival to choice. She made the choice to not let what others did to her dampen her spirit or stop her from one day doing great things. No matter how many times people have told her she can't do something, she has risen to accomplish that and much more. Now Jenna shares what she has learned not only in life but throughout her career as a Coach and Healer. The mission she lives for is to help others manifest greatness, to teach others so they can do for themselves, and to be there standing strong for those who have yet to survive as a beacon of change.
